I learned a valuable lesson from a world-class coach recently.
As we consume content, let’s shift from consuming for information, to consuming for insight.
Even if there’s a one degree shift in insight, that could change how we see a problem, issue, obstacle that needs to be solved. Or it can help us appreciate the wins and blessings in a whole new way.
As you consume content, look for the insight, not just information.

Three’s company
A person’s true character, or in this case, personal or professional leadership potential really comes out in at least one of three scenarios:
- New times: This is when you go into areas that you’ve never been before. Moving from your comfort zone to your growth zone.
- Growth times: This is when you’re growing, winning, achieving. When you’re flying higher than ever before – excelling in your growth zone.
- Bad times: When your back is up against the wall and there’s no where else to go. Times of failure, hurdles, obstacles.
Whether leading yourself or leading others:

💥 How well did you handle yourself?
💥 What could have been improved?
It’s not just about what happens to us, but rather what we learn and apply from the experience.Â
