Let me ask you, we’re three months into 2022, have you started working on your goals for the year?
If yes, then great. What would it mean if you could accomplish these goals FASTER?
If no and you haven’t started working on your 2022 goals, then being among like-minded people, focused on growth is just what you need.
Remember for you to accomplish your 10 year goals, five year goals, or even your one year goals, you have to change. The current chapter has to end before the new chapter begins.

Recently I’ve been reading a few different books, blogs and articles. Here are some quick micro lessons:
- Identify what you do well and do it more.
- Going above and beyond is priceless.
- There’s power in “being in the trenches” with your people, your team. Be “a part” not “apart.”
- Staff and clients/customers/end users MUST be the top priority. That’s how you hardwire excellence.
- What gets tolerated gets accepted which then becomes standard practice.
