How would the sales cycle change? And more importantly, what’s the impact on relationships in your personal and professional life? How does this change your personal and professional leadership presence?
Remember, leadership development and personal growth isn’t meant to be difficult or complicated. Far from it.
It comes down to being intentional and focused on how you show up, and not be on autopilot. It’s about understanding values that are core to who you are and implementing those in your personal and professional relationships. It’s also about knowing your strengths and using those to propel the work you do.

I’m beyond thrilled to share that I’m closing off my first week at Trillium Health Partners, as a Learning and Organizational Development Consultant.
Essentially this means leadership development, team building and coaching for healthcare leaders and their teams across Trillium sites.
I’m joining three other all-star consultants who are all incredibly talented! And a big shout out to the crew that I’m joining for such a warm welcome!
If you had told me a month ago, that this is where I’d end up … I would have literally told you “man… you crazy.”
But when opportunity knocks, you answer with a big HELL YEAH!
CONQUER LEADERSHIP also remains in full effect 😁.
I don’t tell you this to impress … that’s not my jam … that’s not how I roll. I share to impress upon … PROGRESS OVER PACE! Whatever you’re working towards, however you’re growing – consistency is key! Do it everyday and I assure you the payoff WILL happen!
I also want YOU to benefit from my experience and opportunity. I can’t share THP intellectual property, but I can share trends.

PROJECT CONQUER – now open
The previous cohort wrapped up last week and what a blast it’s been serving this group. The quality of conversation, insights and learning from each other has been invaluable.
On top of that, we ended off going through the Leadership Game which is a powerful experience to bring further awareness to your leadership presence, communication skills and promotes positive group morale.
The next cohort for the PROJECT CONQUER mastermind group is NOW OPEN. Space is limited, application form is required. This is an opportunity for you to lead yourself towards growth, further develop your personal and professional development, while combining content, community and application.
