Stack your wins

Stack your wins

I’m trying something new with my emails. Short, one lesson. That’s it. This will help you internalize the content with more clarity and make it easier to apply what you can. Let me know how this tweak lands for you.

Let’s get to it.

Do you often feel like you’re not doing enough? Maybe that you’re not accomplishing enough? I bet you’re wrong!

We have the tendency to inflate the things that are not going well in our lives, what we’re not good at or what we haven’t accomplished. And we undermine the things that ARE going well in our lives, what we ARE good at and we HAVE accomplished.

Here’s something to try…stack your wins!

One of the things that I do is look back on my week every Saturday morning. I jot down the small or big wins that I experienced –> stacking my wins. This helps me identify and understand the baby steps I’m taking towards my short and long term goals.

Give it a shot. Write down your wins in your phone, computer, diary/journal. Either throughout the week or at the end of the week. Heck – tattoo your wins to your forehead – be proud! That’s a joke – don’t do that 😁.

What will happen is every time you document your wins or what’s going well in your life, you’ll reinforce and reaffirm your value, strengths and blessings.

This is a great way to remind yourself how much you’ve accomplished.

This will also help you raise your internal bar that I talked about a few weeks ago.

And as always friends, CONQUER!
