Slow down to speed up

Reflection + experience = insight.

But remember, experience isn’t the best teacher ⛔, evaluated experience is – insight ✅. Just like knowledge isn’t power ⛔, applied knowledge is ✅.

In a world and a time where everything is GO-GO-GO, we HAVE to learn to slow down, to pause, to take a time out so that we can reflect and correct as needed.

Otherwise there’s no growth. Why would anyone want to move through life without growth of some kind.

I know I have a hard time slowing down, pausing. Until I get to a point where I feel burnt out and have no choice BUT TO slow down and pause. This is a work in progress for me. Anyone else feel the same?

To reflect and correct, I’ve shared before the WIN Method which I learned from another coach. But here’s something else to consider. Ask yourself:
👉🏽 What did I learn today?
👉🏽 What can I apply?
👉🏽 What can I share with others?

The last question is encouragement and a reminder to add value to others as you’re learning. This way we all win, and there’s no reason why we all can’t win!
