Significance comes with critical conversation and implementation.

I was co-facilitating a training recently for some healthcare leaders. The topic of significance came up. To have a big impact. To leave a legacy.
Considering how big of a lift that could be, it has to start with critical conversation about WHAT you’re doing, HOW you’re doing it and ultimately WHY.
Significance cannot come without critical conversation either with yourself or others. And ultimately that conversation needs to be actioned. Conversation alone does nothing for significance.
Critical conversation helps us find clarity. Implementation puts that into action. This then invites significance to the table.
