You’re going to make mistakes and that’s ok. Maybe that mistake is:
- Hitting send on an email before it was ready to go out.
- Not being fully present when talking with a member of your team.
- Coming off abrupt when speaking with a family member.
Leading yourself or leading your people doesn’t require you to be perfect. It requires you to:

💥 Make progress.
💥 Walk the walk – own your mistakes, reflect and correct.
Perfect doesn’t exist. There is no perfect – just like there is no spoon 😏.
