I had such a great time chatting with my buddy Anthony Waite on his podcast “Whose Oar Is this?“.
We talked about a number of key aspects of leadership including reframing imposter syndrome. I’m humbled and grateful to share air time with Anthony.
I talk a lot about self leadership and doing the internal work, because that’s where it starts. If you can’t lead yourself towards growth and transformation, what business do you have leading others?
I also talk about the inspiration that a 16-year old daughter of a close family friend on me, in terms of my journey in the leadership development and coaching space. This is proof that inspiration can come from anyone, anywhere, anytime, as long as we’re open to it.
Taking action then turns into “honouring your inspiration.” Don’t let it go to waste!
