These are just a few of the incredible responses that were added to the brand-new POTENTIAL BOARD when I asked: What does the tagline ‘Conquer Your Potential’ mean to you?
I had the pleasure of being a vendor at our local community Fall Fair, organized by two amazing community members, Abhiraj Kumar and Sonia D’Alimonte.
What made this experience even more powerful was the incredible diversity of people who shared their thoughts. From teenagers as young as 14 or 15 to seniors in their 70s, and individuals from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds, the responses truly reflected the richness of our community.
Even got to hang out with Councillors Dave Sheen, Cristina Early and Mario Russo.
Throughout the day, I connected with these incredible residents and visitors, sharing more about my work in leadership development, team engagement, and coaching.
The highlight? The interactive POTENTIAL BOARD, where I asked participants one simple question. The answers sparked powerful conversations, self-reflection, and some truly inspiring realizations.
To top it off, I raffled a Conquer Prize Pack that included a branded t-shirt, notepad, keychain, and a complimentary coaching session titled “History of Your Future.”
Here’s what helped me stay energized and inspired all day:
- Making direct eye contact
- Smiling (it’s contagious!)
- Spreading the mission of Conquer Leadership: Empowering others to conquer their potential
