I’m not lying when I tell you – coaching is the best personal growth and leadership development tool on the face of the planet!
So much so, I’m a product of coaching.
I wouldn’t be able to do this work if it wasn’t for coaching I’ve received. And the on-going conversations I have with two other coaches!

Deep goal setting
One of the things Mr. X and I focused on was deep goal setting.
There’s a process to this. It’s simple, but not always easy. Here it is:
- Identify your core values and how you’re currently living and leading from them.
- Get familiar with your strengths and blindspots.
- Develop goals that align with your values; select the appropriate strengths that will help you accomplish these goals.
Why is this important? Why does it work?
Because it’s a goal-setting strategy that will help you accomplish your dreams and goals FASTER!
First by identifying WHAT is important to you and WHY.
And then, by getting familiar with your natural talents
And then, putting it all together and landing on goals through the lens of your values.
