I know nothing … this was my mindset yesterday (Saturday) as I attended a one-day conference for Maxwell Leadership certified trainers, speakers and coaches. It’s called Think Tank Day.

You see, this year to date has been fantastic in terms of personal growth and Conquer Leadership growth. And for me to continue on this path and serve even more people, teams and organizations, I need to step into a better version of myself. Plans for Conquer Leadership are too big not to!
I attended think tank day with a growth mindset. To set aside what I already know and ask myself “How can I learn as much as possible today?” And “Where can I implement what I learn?”. I’m bloody excited as hell to see how the next chapter evolves.
So what Parm?
How do you show up for your family, friends, faith, work, business … etc?
💥 Do you show up with a fixed mindset or a growth mindset?
💥 Do you show up to serve or show off?
💥 How can you show up and add even more value to others?
As I think about what I’ve learned this weekend and how I can implement it, I encourage you to grow, evolve, get better, try something new and step towards that next version of yourself.
Keep in mind, getting better is ‘only’ a game of inches. How can you inch towards that next version of yourself?
If you’d like to hear more about what I learned, let me know. Happy to share.
“We don’t grow so we can contain. We grow so we can contribute.”
CONQUER your growth!
