If you had told me 6 months ago that I’d be writing an article for SUCCESS MAGAZINE, I’d be telling you “man, you crazy!!!”
Well, I recently had the pleasure of submitting an article to for their online publication. This is all on change management: personal and organizational. Interestingly, this was written before I helped organize and attend a leadership conference where some of the programming touched on change mindset. Now that I look back there are a number of related points.

Leaders are asking good questions
I recently came across a great article by Gallup, all about questions leaders are asking. They highlight four questions and what can be done to solve the problem. My favourite out of the four: Why does it take so long to get things done around here?
Answers include:
- Develop a listening strategy.
- Embrace your responsibility.
- Individualize.
- Tie values to work.
- Tie values to work.
