As the month of May kicks off, let’s take some time to reflect back on the previous month. This week’s lesson is all about carving out space, time or the ability to reflect.
Because being able to reflect allows us to correct … potentially 😜 – I say ‘potentially’ because taking action on correction is in your control.
If you’re leading a team I know for sure you’ve had some wins. If you’re working on your personal growth, failure is part of the process. And if you’re doing both, leading a team and leading yourself towards growth, you better believe that there are lessons around every corner.

So let me ask you, and please feel free to reply back and share with me – what’s the biggest win, fail or lesson you’ve experienced in the past month?
I’ll go first.
WIN: I had someone randomly reach out to me on LinkedIn looking to be coached. I ended up being the first person he had a conversation with. And within 48hours he had sent back a signed coaching agreement!
FAIL: I used to write weekly in what I call my “CONQUER DIARY”. This is essentially a weekly reflection of what’s going well, what needs to be improved and what can be done differently, assessing different areas in my life. I have not been doing this for about 4-5 months. It starts up again this weekend!
LESSON: Keep planting seeds and the harvest will eventually come. I’m seeing glimpses of this in my life.
💥 Ok now you – what’s your biggest win, fail or lesson?
As you wind down the weekend and get focused on the week ahead, always remember to CONQUER your potential!
