I ‘zoomed’ around the world again a couple of weeks ago, serving Vietnamese youth! I had the privilege of facilitating a personal growth workshop with some very bright and intelligent young leaders.
I have to admit, I wasn’t sure what to expect but oh boy, this group was on FIRE! They weren’t afraid to ask or answer questions and most of the time, I had to cut the Q/A short so that we could complete the lesson.
The Zoom background was the best. Too good and much respect!
Funny thing, I delivered the same material as I would to adults, changing language and examples of course. They understood it all. Here are some takeaways they shared towards the end of our session which are fantastic reminders for all of us.

This experience reminds me that you’re never too old or young to focus on personal growth. You’re never too experienced or inexperienced to further develop your leadership presence.
These little and not so little ones are going to do big things and it was a privilege to serve their growth journey.
