We had our first session of the PROJECT CONQUER mastermind group this past week.
The goal was to start this “leadership round table” before the year ended. Even if it was just one session.
To end the year strong with a group of like-minded people focused on growth and transformation. So that we can also collectively kick off next year just as strong.
And that’s exactly what happened!
I’m privileged to be with an all-star line-up … to serve and add value. They all brought their A-game even on the very first session. No one disappointed!
Looking forward to spending the next few months with this crew.
Find your people
Find a group of people that you’re inspired by … that are accomplishing more than you … that help you level up and power through!
I share this because I’ve experienced this first hand.
I’m also a participant in a mastermind group/leadership round table. And it’s one of the three things that I’ve implemented in my life that’s helped me grow and transform faster than I ever could have alone. It’s all because of proximity and association with other like-minded people focused on stepping into the next best version of themselves.

What’s one way to operationalize this in your world?
Well, if you’re working in an organization and have regular management or leadership meetings… or even if you’re having team meetings, maybe part of the meeting involves participants answering questions like:
💥What do you want to be known for?
💥What are you currently known for?
💥How do you close that gap?
Sound familiar? 🙂
And in all subsequent meetings, participants continue to talk through “how do you close that gap.”
There’s power in talking through these questions together. I’m certain that as participants share their answers, the collective experience will fuel growth and transformation for everyone involved.
