I’m excited for this latest episode of ConquerCast where I sit down with Tonia Bennett, a seasoned leader in municipal government.

I’ve had the pleasure of coaching exceptional leaders and Tonia is a great example. She has served in various roles in the municipal sector, with an impressive 17 years of experience. Her most recent position held, a Municipal CAO/Clerk, showcases her expertise in leadership and team engagement.
What I appreciate the most about Tonia is her ability to take action even in the face of fear, doubt and imposter syndrome. This hits ALL OF US at times.
I believe that we’re not meant to get rid of imposter syndrome, rather get good at it!
As long as you’re putting in the work, maybe imposter syndrome is indication that your growing and evolving.
